A Collaborative Worship Dance Concert

Join us for a family-friendly worship dance concert! Fueled & Aflame Dance Collective hosts this annual event with performances from all four of our in-house dance compannys. We also partner with other regional dance organizations.

Do you have a dance company/performance ministry? Are you looking for a platform to share your art? We are currently taking applications for concert submissions for our 2020 collaborative worship dance concert.

Who can participate in the Let it Shine! concert?

Dancers, dance companies, dance ministries/teams, and dance studios are invited to submit pieces for our collaborative dance concert. In the past we've had participants from Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana participate in our event. Each year we look forward to connecting with other like-minded dance groups and joining together to present works that inspire hope and foster unity in the body of Christ.

What types of pieces and how many can I submit?

Each group can submit up to 3 pieces. The number of pieces we select will depend on the number of concert participants. We try to keep our concert length under 90 minutes. Dances can be of any style as long as they are family-friendly. Our goal is to present dance works that inspire, give hope, and/or share God's love with our audience.  Group selection choices will be emailed out before Christmas. Please note that group pieces are most often selected over solo pieces, unless a solo is all that has been submitted. We want to give as many people as possible a chance to dance!

What is the procedure for submitting a piece for the concert?

The following items must be submitted to participate in our concert: Application, appropriate signature of waiver form for each dancer, full payment for each dancer, and video files for each piece submitted. Dropbox or Google Drive shared links are preferred.

DETAILS: The concert application can be downloaded HERE (coming soon). Please fill it out completely. We must have a signed waiver on file for all dancers before we can allow them on stage. Parents of minors must sign the waiver form (page 2 of the application). The application should be submitted with the appropriate payment. The concert participant fee is $10 per dancer, regardless of how many pieces they are in. Checks should be made out to Fueled & Aflame. Please do not mail cash. Once you've submitted the application and payment, you should follow up by emailing your video submissions to This email address is being protected from spambots. While this is not an audition, Fueled & Aflame does reserve the right to make suggestions and adjustments to costume, music, and content choices in adherence with our concert goal/vision. Music files will be requested by email once we have made piece selections.

Where will the concert be held?
